Terms of Use

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use Alvanate only for businesses and provider accounts you are authorized to control.

When you connect a provider, you authorize Alvanate to use only the scopes displayed for the workflows you approve. Provider terms also apply. You can pause or disconnect a provider, subject to transactions already in progress.

Publishing, customer communication, refunds, price changes, fulfillment, and spending require the approval or constrained Autopilot authority shown in the workspace. Alvanate may block or pause an action when consent, provider health, budget, inventory, security, or evidence requirements are not met.

Licensed payment providers process card details, payouts, refunds, and bank connections. Alvanate does not store raw card numbers and is not a bank or payment processor.

Before a paid subscription begins, checkout must display the plan, price, billing interval, renewal terms, and cancellation path. Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal, and cancellation takes effect according to the terms shown at checkout.

Alvanate subscription fees are separate from payments your customers make to your business. Provider usage, contact data, advertising and other separately disclosed costs are not automatically included in a plan.

When checkout is available, you can choose immediate payment or an eligible three-day, card-backed trial. A trial requires explicit consent to its end date and recurring monthly charge. Choosing to pay during a trial requires separate consent to the exact amount; an existing no-card trial never enrolls you silently.

Cancel through billing settings before the renewal or trial end shown for your subscription to stop future renewal charges. Cancellation and a refund are separate actions. Refund eligibility follows the terms accepted for the transaction and applicable law; contact support with the invoice reference. A requested refund is not complete until the payment provider confirms it.

Where the referral offer is available, each eligible paid referral contributes 10% toward the qualifying subscription discount, capped at three eligible referrals in a rolling seven-day window and a 30% discount. A referral link, signup or test payment is not proof of a paid referral. The referral screen and exact checkout quote determine the applicable discount; self-referrals, refunded and disputed payments do not qualify.

You may not use Alvanate to break the law, deceive customers, fabricate evidence, send unlawful spam, evade platform rules, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, manipulate reviews, or make unsupported earnings claims.

Approved outreach must remain truthful, permission-aware, and unsubscribe-safe. Every outreach workflow must preserve the required opt-out language and stop further contact when a recipient opts out.

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Alvanate separates observations from inferences and may require approval before applying a change. You remain responsible for reviewing material customer-facing, legal, financial, and safety decisions.

Uploading a reference does not transfer ownership. You must have the right to use it. Alvanate may refuse requests that copy protected assets, trade dress, identities, or misleading claims.

Features and provider availability can change. We may limit or suspend access to protect customers, providers, Alvanate, or the public. Material changes to these Terms require a new acceptance before additional live actions run.

You can request an account export or delete your account from account settings. Legal holds, unresolved ownership transfers, disputed payments, or security investigations may delay deletion of affected records where retention is required.
